For those of you who are currently unaware, the website ClickFrenzy is holding their 24-hour Mother’s Day event right now! There are too many retailers to list, but there are a lot of stores participating in this event, and you can save anywhere between 20% to 50% on clothing, shoes, kitchen appliances, bedding, and, well, lots of other stuff too. Still too much to list. You’ll just have to look for yourself!
But even though there are too many retailers to list, as you’ll all know by now, I am super-stingy and even when there’s lots of sales floating around and I was predictably only drawn to the massive Target sale on right now.
I have a confession to make. I’ve been buying a lot of lingerie. From Target. My eyes just about fell out of my head when I saw that there was 50% off the Dita Von Teese “Von Follies” line for Target’s ClickFrenzy, and here are a few of the pieces I snagged..

The last two were for my mother for Mother’s Day, by the way. There’s no way I could fit into any of those sizes! D:
I am really happy with my picks–Wearing lingerie makes me feel so pretty and feminine and I was absolutely lusting over the Dita Von Teese collection when it first came out, but the prices were totally cringeworthy! These prices are much better, don’t you think? Especially happy to be able to buy a navy blue set of lingerie because the style she’s wearing looks really vintage-y and almost Mermaid-ish with those pleats–total swoon. I could have bought more but I’m still waiting for some prices to drop. They will, eventually.
While Target is putting emphasis on the lingerie collections for sale this round of ClickFrenzy, you should also check out their homewares section–I’ve snagged a few nice things for my bedroom, including another owl tealight holder (my God, and when’s the last time I’ve even lit a candle in my room??) and some blue owl-shaped over-the-door hooks. I feel so unoriginal for liking owls as much as I do. Really, no, I’m crazy about them.

I discovered this sale yesterday and bought several bras, but found an equally exciting find on the Target site: the kids Ksubi wear reduced by 95%. I picked up the Ksubi skinny leg jeans and Ksubi pinafore in a kids size 14 and I’m hoping that as I’m a size 6-8 (and fairly short) that they will fit. They turned out to be only $4.80 each and they started at $50. I seriously LOVE Target.
That’s awesome! I wish I could wear kid’s jeans, I’m pretty curvy and find that I just don’t fit into them or that the proportions are a bit weird on me. But those are really great buys, it’ll be interesting to see how you style the pinafore :P (I saw that you were worried about your sizing but for that price, I would have bought both size 12 and 14 and then returned the ones that didn’t fit–don’t forget that Target has an amazing returns policy!)
Those Dita Von Teese pieces….amazing! I am so excited for the click n collect package to arrive but I had a bad experience last time with click n collect. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a scarf but only received the scarf because the shoes were sold out (even though they didn’t display that way online)
I’m crossing my fingers that I get all my goods! I forced my housemate to buy some too after running around the house raving about it haha
I love that spot red balconette bra but they didn’t have it in my size :(
Woooaaahh that’s a majorly sucky experience! I’m lucky in that I’ve never experienced that before with Target Click’n’Collect. I’ve never had any problems with them before, so I guess that’s maybe a rarity!
I’m lucky with bra sizes in that mine is always the last size to sell out. Always. It must be ..rare or something? I don’t even know. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that they’re true to size and don’t have some bizarre sizing going on. Oh, I would kill someone if that happened–I love that pleated navy set!
Have you seen that the DVT pieces are back to their original Below Cost price? I.e. not 50% off from click frenzy
Target target target, if they didn’t sell out at 50% off, why would you increase the price!
Also totally just got my dispatch notice from target and all my goodies are on the way yay!
Haha, it’ll go back down eventually :P I’m waiting for some of the $17 bras to get a bit cheaper before I buy something. Muahahaha. But at least we put our orders in!
My goodies aren’t on the way, boo! But at least I’ll be able to collect one of my Target orders tomorrow (that I ordered from a week ago) :D
