When Groupon recently contacted me with the chance to host a Groupon giveaway on the blog, I jumped at the chance! I’ve purchased a few deals from Groupon before (including a cake-pop pan and a car washing voucher for mum) and found their service quick and reliable, so I wanted to give away not just one, but two $30 vouchers to lucky readers of Carbon Chic so they can experience the awesome too!
Groupon has all sorts of goodies on their site, from pamper packages to travel deals to dining steals to shopping bargains. There’s something there no matter where you live in Australia–you can go local or nation-wide for deals.
As usual, to enter this competition, you must be a follower of Carbon Chic (via Facebook since we’re using WordPress here and not Blogger!) and you can earn more points towards your entry by jumping through a few more optional hoops if you’re really keen to win! This contest is open to Australian residents only, please and thank you :).
Enter below, and good luck, everyone!!

I’ve bought hotel accommodation $100 cheaper through groupon as well as half price timezone tickets 90 minutes for only $12!
Woah, totally cool! 90 minutes at Timezone for $12 is a great deal :D
I bought a bracelet for a friend once, it was a great price!
I, too, love it when I find cheap (yet still awesome) presents for my friends online! :D
I’ve never bought anything, would love to though!
Good luck then, Rebecca! :D
The only thing I bought from Groupon was for cheap drycleaning LOL clearly my life is not as exciting!
Aww, haha! That’s still something, though!
Ooh great comp, I’m in. Love your blog by the way, always love seeing your bargains and now i’m hooked on browsing Aliexpress.
Aw, thanks Karen! I’m hooked too–this will cease to be a frugal blog at the rate I’m spending money on AliExpress, eek!
I’ll enter! Why not. lol
I bought a super cool candle-making class for me and my mum on Groupon! Loved it.
I’ve also bought a couple of restaurant deals on there before too, its been pretty good value and never had a problem!
(unlike scoopon where i bought a massage voucher and went to book an appointment and the place had gone broke and closed down… true story) :P
The candle-making class sounds fab! I’m always amazed at the very different attractions that this country has to offer and it’s really cool to see some of them come to light on Groupon :D
I’ve only ever bought restaurant deals from Groupon, my favourite deals were for a chocolate cafe and restaurant by the sea.
Aw that sounds so super romantic! :)
